Has a ladies only option?
Yes
A Hatha-Vinyasa class blends the gentle, grounding aspects of Hatha yoga with the flowing, breath-linked movements of Vinyasa yoga.
It’s a balanced practice that combines slow, mindful movement with breath awareness, making it accessible for most practitioners.
Sometimes an image is worth a thousand words.

What to expect
We start with breathwork followed by a mindful warmup to focus on where we are and what we are doing.
Then, we go into a slow, controlled flow. We hold asanas for strength and stamina while flowing from one asana to the next, prompting breathing in and out.
Finally, we cool down, often while working on deeper flexibility.
Our approach does not repeat one or two flows in every class. While it may be suitable for learning, we want you to be focused and look forward to a new practice in each class.

Who should join this class?
This class is tailored to welcome those new to our hatha vinyasa practice. We practice slowly, allowing you time to learn as we become stronger and more flexible together.
Nobody is left behind, and we adapt to your ability. You will have more opportunities to rest when you need it.
A good place to start when you want a balance of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
Yoga is about awareness, not perfection.

We tailor the asanas to work for you. If you can do a full side plank, you are free to do so, but we encourage the use of your knee for those still improving their core strength.

Props - like cork blocks - are used to ensure you have correct posture as you learn the full expression of an asana.

Our teachers will help your alignment to ensure you gain the most benefit of an asana within your current ability. Forget what you see on social media. Just practice as you are today.
