Has a ladies only option?
No
This is the ultimate expression of our yoga form, which is based loosely on Iyengar yoga and modified by trauma-sensitive yoga and Anca’s adaptable sequences.
A Hatha-Vinyasa class blends the gentle, grounding aspects of Hatha yoga with the flowing, breath-linked movements of Vinyasa yoga.
It’s a balanced practice that combines slow, mindful movement with breath awareness, making it accessible for most practitioners.

Who should join this class?
We expect you to have some experience with yoga, such as following cues and practising the standard asanas, but if it is the only class that works for your schedule, hop in.
If you enjoy the variety that yoga can express and want to be part of a community of varied individuals, this is the class for you.

What to expect
This class generally starts with breathwork before a warmup to get you centred and present in the class.
Our flow is slow and controlled. It builds strength and flexibility through repetition and time under tension, which is key to toning muscles.
All movement is paired with cues for inhalation and exhalation.
Our approach makes every session unique, and you will find expressions from various yoga disciplines in this class.
The journey is more important than the destination.

We will always have a teacher to ensure your safety. We want you to concentrate on your body without fear.

Birds of paradise is easy for some, extremely challenging for others. Everyone's journey is their own.

You can choose how much you want to challenge yourself. Just listen to your body and push a little further every day.
