This class is excellent for those trying to strengthen their back muscles or tone their middle area.
To have a strong back, you must strengthen your whole core.

Who should join this class?
It is an excellent choice to tone and strengthen your abs and back, especially when experiencing back problems, even for those with a bulging disc.

What to expect
A sequence of practice that starts with pranayama to centre your focus.
After this yoga-centric warmup, we will start strengthening our core, including the abdomen, side and back muscles.
The class will still follow our creative sequencing flows, where exercises flow into each other, and each session is unique.

Pilates shares some movements with yoga, llike the double leg stretch that is similar to Navasana. We make sure you align first.

Using principles of Iyengar yoga the prop ensures correct alignment for balanced exercise.

The weight of the cork block also adds to the workout as we lift and repeat.
